CASSE (A Federally Qualified Health Center) collaborates with a wide variety of like-minded organizations, including state entities, community organizations and hospital health systems to increase access and decrease disparities for the underserved. Menopause is a natural and powerful transition. It’s not a taboo, not a weakness, and certainly not something to be ashamed of. Yet for too long, it’s been surrounded by silence, stigma, and misunderstanding.

This Menopause Awareness Month, it’s time to change that.
Let’s speak openly. Let’s listen without judgment. Let’s create safe spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported through every stage of this journey. From hot flashes and mood changes to strength, wisdom, and resilience; menopause is part of the full, beautiful spectrum of womanhood.
