Join A New Beginning Counseling Services, LLC for a supportive and empowering group experience designed specifically for women healing from emotional, physical, or relational trauma. This small, therapist-led group offers a safe space to explore your story, rebuild self-worth, and develop healthy coping tools for the mind, body, and spirit.

Through guided discussions, evidence-based practices, and shared connection, participants will learn to release shame, set boundaries, and rediscover their inner strength in a community of understanding and encouragement.

This group is ideal for women who:

Feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, guilt, or emotional pain

Struggle with trust or relationships after trauma

Are ready to move from surviving to thriving

Format: Bi-weekly 90-minute sessions | In-person and virtual options available

Start Date: Classes begin January 2026

At A New Beginning Counseling Services, LLC, our mission has always been to empower individuals, strengthen families, and help people create meaningful change in their lives.
