Greeting JTG Fam! Just a friendly reminder that its open enrollment with Louisiana Medicaid and you can change your Managed Care Plan at this time if needed! Log on to the portal or give LA Medicaid a call to make the change.

Also a friendly reminder to all commercial insurance families that plan to change jobs or insurance policies it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to prevent any "billing issues". Many times deductibles start over mid year or in the last quarter of the year; not all policies are on a typical January to December cycle. Also EOB's may not process for 6-8 weeks so we are unaware of any changes until we get the EOB which may indicate you owe more or less. Our billing team is here to help so please submit any changes to us as soon as you know! Please give us a call at 318-219-6064 of you need to report any changes to your insurance for the last quarter of this year! JTG!

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): Not all voices are the same... AAC devices and skilled therapy services provide diversity, individuality, and equity in the world of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

AAC stands for Augmentative and Alternative Communication. AAC devices help people who have difficulty speaking or are nonverbal express themselves!AAC devices can look like a tablet that talks, a keyboard with a voice, or even a board with pictures and symbols.
