Dr. Les Johnson, LSUHS Senior Vice Chancellor, welcomed American College of Surgeons Executive Director and CEO, Patricia L. Turner MD, MBA, FACS to the annual lectureship of the Cohn-Rives Society and to LSU Health New Orleans. Dr. Johnson is the past President of both the Louisiana Chapter of American College of Surgeons and the Cohn-Rives Society of LSUHSC New Orleans. He also served as Governor at Large for Louisiana to the American College of Surgeons and is the 2013 Alumnus of the Year for the LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine.

Dr. Johnson will be hosting Dr. Turner at LSU Health Shreveport later this year as she has accepted his invitation to address the medical students, residency and faculty.
