Congratulations to our 2024 BioStart Interns for a job well done! The BioStarts presented their research at this year's BioStart Poster Session at LSU Health Shreveport.

The BioStart program provides select seniors from Southwood High School's Biotechnology Magnet Academy the opportunity to conduct research under the guidance of a LSUHS faculty mentor.

BioStart is supported by funding from BRF, the LSU Health Sciences Foundation in Shreveport, and other generous sponsors.
