If you have trouble waking up in the morning and gaining energy this can seriously benefit you!

Multiple studies have shown the benefits of a 20-45 minute walk in the morning and how it can positively impact your mental and physical health during the day!

Not saying ditch the coffee BUT before reaching for that cup of coffee give yourself a week of 20 minutes walking as soon as you wake up and I guarantee you will start waking up feeling more rejuvenated

Let’s stop normalizing age as an excuse to feel pain!

Pain is a signal to the body that something is gone awry 🤒

As we age yes, our body does not heal as quickly as a child does BUT that is no excuse to accept constant pain as a “normal condition.”

Best ways to prevent stiffness and pain as we age
1.) Hydrate hydrate hydrate
2.) Prioritize a solid sleeping schedule
3.) Exercise and move daily
4.) Have a quality anti-inflammatory diet
