Beginning January 2026, our Weekly Meal Prep Service will have new minimum order requirements to help us continue providing high-quality, thoughtfully prepared plant-based meals.

What’s new? Our Weekly Vegan Meal Prep To-Go service now requires a minimum order of three (3) plates per menu item.

This update allows us to sustainably source ingredients, maintain food quality, and continue serving our community with intention and care.

It is with a grateful heart and mind that we say THANK YOU for an amazing 2025! Teal Garden Nutrition is taking a company break for the remainder of the year. All of our 100% plant-based vegan culinary nutrition services will resume January 5, 2026, with our first pre-order weekly meal prep service pick-up/delivery date being Sunday, January 11, 2026. For any other needs over our company break, we highly recommend you contact Vegan Chef Linda J. Montgomery. We are excited for the next Spring Equinox when our seeds will bear its fruit!

Our Holiday Plates are $25 which includes a protein + two seasonal sides. The Holiday Platters starting at $18 can feeds up to 6 people. We have our seasonal coconut rum bread pudding dessert and our vegan caramel pie on deck. We accept special pastry & dessert orders!
