π£Important Notice for T-Mobile/Metro PCS Customers π£
We are currently experiencing an issue where calls from T-Mobile and Metro PCS customers are not coming through to our main phone line. While we are still able to make outgoing calls to these numbers, we are unable to receive incoming calls from them.
If you are a T-Mobile or Metro PCS customer and need to reach us, please send us a message through Facebook Messenger with the patientβs name and a call-back number. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
You can also message us through your Follow My Health portal.
