What are "tubular breasts" and how to correct them? Tubular breasts are a congenital anomaly where breasts fail to expand fully during puberty, resulting in a narrow, constricted, tube-like, or drooping shape. Common features include large, puffy areolas, a high breast crease, and significant asymmetry. Treatment involves surgical correction, often using implants with a breast lift.
