Obituary for Mrs. Vanderbones
Shreveport has lost a legend. Our beloved 8-foot pink skeleton, Mrs. Vanderbones, the hilarious greeter of Diamond Chiropractic on Youree Drive, has passed on after a tragic midnight hit-and-run.
She wasn’t just a Halloween decoration, he was a local celebrity. With her English accent, sassy one-liners, and photobomb-worthy poses, Vanderbones became a landmark in Shreveport. Patients, kids, and even strangers at the store knew us as “the office with the pink skeleton out front.”
