Ashley-Kate Roberson is a Master's-prepared Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in oncology and hematology care at Highland Clinic. With eight years of dedicated experience in hematology and oncology as a nurse and scribe, she brings extensive specialized knowledge and a patient-centered approach to comprehensive cancer care.

Ashley's educational foundation began with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with Pre-Healthcare Concentration from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2017, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2020. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Northwestern State University in 2025, demonstrating her commitment to advanced clinical practice.

Her comprehensive clinical training spans diverse healthcare settings including oncology, pediatrics, geriatrics, urgent care, and community health, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on patient care across the lifespan. As an active member of professional nursing organizations with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Ashley-Kate remains committed to delivering the highest quality care while staying current with the latest advances in oncology and hematology treatment.

Victoria Chapman is a Master's-prepared Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing as a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at Highland Clinic Oncology. With a decade of nursing experience and four years dedicated to oncology and hematology, she brings specialized expertise in comprehensive cancer care and blood disorder management.

Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2013, where she demonstrated academic excellence and community involvement through participation in Tri Sigma, the Student Nursing Association, and Sigma Theta Tau. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Northwestern State University in 2024, further enhancing her ability to deliver advanced treatments and comprehensive care.
Her professional achievements were recognized in 2023 when she received the prestigious 15 Under 40 Award in Healthcare in Minden, Louisiana, highlighting her leadership and contributions to the healthcare community.

Raine Carter is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in oncology and hematology care at Highland Clinic. With advanced certification as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP), she focuses on providing quality, compassionate, and individualized cancer care.

Raine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern State University in 2013, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Medicine from the same institution in 2017. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Northwestern State University in 2020, demonstrating her commitment to advanced clinical excellence.

Prior to joining Highland Clinic Oncology in 2021, Raine gained valuable experience in primary care, nephrology, and sleep medicine. Her early nursing career included work in the surgical ICU, providing her with a strong foundation in critical care.

🌟Physician Spotlight: Kirtan Koticha, M.D.🌟

Dr. Kirtan Koticha is a board-certified oncologist and hematologist with Highland Clinic Oncology, specializing in comprehensive cancer care and blood disorder treatment. Dr. Koticha and his team provide state-of-the-art cancer care with highly trained nurses and medical staff in modern facilities.

Dr. Koticha's medical journey began at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in Mumbai, India. He furthered his education with a Master's Program in Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry at Georgia State University, followed by research experience as a Research Associate at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Koticha completed his internal medicine residency and served as Chief Resident at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, where he also completed his Oncology/Hematology fellowship.

The Highland Clinic Oncology Department offers on-site chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy drug infusions, working closely with community physicians and local hospitals to provide comprehensive, compassionate cancer care.
