We are close to the Industrial Loop, Inner Loop, Linwood Avenue, Ellerbe Road, and I-49 with easy access from Shreveport and Bossier City. Nestled among over twenty beautifully landscaped acres for your safety and peace of mind, Garden Park might let you forget you are in an urban area. Garden Park provides comprehensive services, including rehabilitation and skilled nursing, in a warm, home-like environment. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. At Garden Park, we take our responsibility to be good stewards seriously and put our resources where our priorities are. We believe in continuous staff development and training, substantial reinvesting in upgrading (or rebuilding) our facilities, and adding cutting-edge technology to provide the very best services to our customers.

Bo Abney, Tammy Brown and Andrea Tatum have worked in many positions over the years, but they have always been committed to our mission of improving quality of life for those we serve!
