First Chance About us. After first hand experience with real life trauma and/or traumatic events FIRST CHANCE was designed to get better training for LEO. We believe we can.

Our mission is to train and equip law enforcement officers, military, churches and civilians with life saving equipment and emergency management plans that can saves lives. Our staff are all or retired LEO and/or trauma experts in the field as such. Fact: On the national average LEO gets 8 hours of firearms training a year, 4 hours of DT a year and 2 hours to no traing at all in trauma care (gunsh

ot wounds, stabbings, etc.). LEO get little to no training in mental prep, care, and development unless it is a specialized unit. If it takes 10,000 hours to become a habit LEO is lost. First Chance can assist in changing that. We also know that training in our nation is sometimes to expensive for most LEO so we believe in giving back. Remember, most LEO entities in our country are small departments. This is why we are a nonprofit. We love our servants. Thank God for them and are blessed to have them. Sacrificing for the greater good for long hours and low pay. So, check us out, give us a shout, help spread the love. We are your FIRST CHANCE.

I don’t even think I have words for just how proud I am of the man he is, the amazing husband and father he is, the heart for people he holds, his distinct laughter, his constant need to find bright side of any situation, and his love of life. Wolf you are an incredible person and I am incredibly proud of you. I love you sweetheart! We are blessed to have you as part of our mission!
