A reminder that SkinPen Microneedling is a great treatment used for improving the appearance of neck wrinkles.

It is a quick 30-minute procedure with little downtime for most patients. We recommend a series of 3 treatments, each spaced 1 month apart for best results.

One thing to love about this treatment is that it involves no heat or chemicals, giving an all-natural treatment. SkinPen Microneedling is engineered with a reciprocating mechanism for even and exact pe*******on to prevent uneven, sloppy dragging that can damage the skin.

Imagine being 5 years older, yet looking 5 years younger than a picture of yourself from 2020! 🤩😳

This gracious patient allowed us to share her photos from this week. Since 2020, she has maintained her collagen and elastin with 1 Microneedling and PRP treatment yearly. Aside from this, we have done a couple BBL Laser spot treatments for red vessels and sunspots. But the majority of complexion improvement is actually from the Microneedling.

With a busy life caring for her family, her skincare regimen is pretty minimal as well. This was so impressive to us both to look back on and see how well it’s working for her!

Had to share the sweet ending to my Monday today. ☺️

(Background) When I left working the hospital and moved into Aesthetics (9 years ago), one of my fears was of losing my “purpose” and trading a “real nursing job” for something less meaningful. I prayed and I felt like the world of Aesthetics was still calling me. Although a scary move, I followed.

Now looking back, I have had more meaningful connections than I ever imagined from that special one on one time we get with our patients. God has filled the room many times either by small signs of his presence or just meeting the right person at the right time when they needed my listening ear more than their beauty treatment.

Today my light hearted patient and I were discussing something about scripture when she decided to quote John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Literally, after she said this, I got back on track and added up her total. It came exactly to $316. Coincidence? Maybe. But I like to think not 😉 💕

It was a pleasant reminder that we are all where we are meant to be in this moment and with who we are meant to connect with. Whether I’m at a patient’s bedside, giving a beauty treatment, or whatever place I am in, there is space for a connection with God. ✝️

Since launching our Red Light Room, we have realized how many people do not know the benefits of Red Light Therapy or how it works. Ironically, red light therapy has been studied since the 1960’s. With now thousands of studies, we know it has the ability to improve the way the mitochondria in our cells work. Mitochondria produces energy for our cells. When this process is enhanced with red light therapy, the benefits our body experiences are endless! Studies have shown red light therapy can improve:
1. The way our skin looks and feels
2. Heart circulation
3. Sleep
4. Arthritis symptoms
5. Weight loss
6. Hair restoration
7. Allergy symptoms
8. Mental clarity and neurological function
The list goes on and on. Red light therapy is still being studied and new data continues to emerge. For now, we know it is a safe treatment for generalized wellness and can have a positive impact on how we age.
