Amy Rinder, LOTR, CHT

Amy has 30+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and is our areas only Certified Hand Therapist in private practice. She is also a Couterstrain Practitioner who specializes in a whole body approach treating persistent pain syndromes, concussion managements, post cancer symptoms, and upper extremity injuries.
More importantly, Amy embodies our beliefs that each patient is a person and not just a number.

We are thrilled to have Amy join us to help expand our practice and provide our community with more services!

We had a great day running the LogJammer Half Marathon this morning!

Anna was the 2nd overall female
Trent finished 1st in the old man age group (45-49 y/o)

Our running community in Shreveport is as good as it gets. And the LogJammer brought them all out with 5K, Half, and Full Marathon options.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help develop the shoes on our feet, but it can’t put one foot in front of the other. It can develop a training plan but it can’t instill discipline in you to execute it.

There is no substitute for hard work. And community with commonality with human interaction will touch the soul that AI can never reach.

If you’re a seasoned runner. Keep going. If you’re new. Welcome. If you haven’t started. It’s time.

And if you’re hurt. We got you 😉

We are collecting any type of NEW sports balls for our friends at The Hub: urban ministry to fill their Christmas Store at the Lovewell Center. If you feel led, you can drop them off this week at D1 Training Shreveport or The Edge Physical Therapy and we will get them delivered. Y’all are awesome!

Our therapists, Anna and Trent, ran the Logjammer Marathon this weekend here in Shreveport. The race was put on by our good friends at and God blessed all the runners with a beautiful day.

Anna finished as the 2nd overall female!
Trent finished 9th overall!
