🌀Tuesday Tip: Understanding Vertigo🌀

Caleb McEntire, our Clinical Director and Physical Therapist at our South Bossier location, specilizes in treating vertigo. Vertigo and dizziness are not interchangable terms. Vertigo is a specific type of dizziness that can severly affect people's quality of life. Here's a short, educational video explaining what vertigo is and how it differs from dizziness. Stay tuned for next week's video where he demonstrates some tests he does in the clinic to check for Vertigo before he puts together a plan of care.

Happy Fitness Friday!

1. Strength Training – Building muscle through weight training improves running economy, protects joints, and helps prevent overuse injuries.

2. Nutrition – Fueling matters just as much as training, and don’t forget hydration and electrolyte balance for long runs.

Take a few minutes to hang out with some of our staff while they get you ready for that long Saturday run we know you have scheduled! 🏃‍♂️💨
