As winter storms continue to impact our area, your safety comes first. Please stay safe, stay warm, and avoid travel, as road conditions are hazardous.

All appointments for Monday and Tuesday will be moved to Telehealth. Our team will continue to support you remotely so your care is not interrupted.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 for the Su***de and Crisis Lifeline. If you feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, call 911 immediately.

We remain available through the patient portal for non-emergency needs and questions.
