ATTENTION TO ALL CLIENTS!!

I pray all is well with you and your families!!

As you know we are in the midst of some uncertain times, and I want to give you an update on the changes we're making at Textures and Tones.

At this moment we're not sure when we will open for operations. I've heard mentioned that there will be two phases of reopening businesses:
The first one is May 16, 2020 and I believe June 5, 2020 is the second. I am uncertain about which phase we will fall under as a business, or on our decision to reopen thereafter.

As of right now, to be in compliance with new rules and regulations set by our government officials, and for the saftey of all clients and staff members:

Textures and Tones will not exceed capacity of 6 clients, all will be at least 6 feet apart. Only individuals receiving service will be allowed in the Salon all other individuals will have to wait in the vehicle.

If you have an appointment and Salon is at capacity of six clients, you will have to wait in your vehicle until your technician call you to enter Salon.

If you are a First Time massage client, call massage therapist when you arrive to Salon before entering.

Parents with young children receiving service, will only be able to stay in the Salon if:
The parent is receiving service or
The child is small enough to sit in the parent's lap.
If the parent is not receiving service they will have to wait in vehicle or drop child off.

Textures and Tones will sanitize all equipment and tools used for services before and after the service of each client.

All staff members will wear masks and gloves during service.

All clients, including children will be asked about symptoms of covid19 virus. Anyone who have, has or had symptoms or been in contact with someone with symptoms prior to Salon service will Not be able to schedule an appointment.

All clients, including children will be required to wear masks (gloves are optional not required) to enter Salon for service.

All clients, including children temperatures will be checked prior to entering the Salon.

These guidelines could change, but as of right now this is our new normal.
We know this may seem like alot or extreme, but we care about the safety of all of our clients, their families, our staff members and their families.

We truly miss each and every one of you! We hope to see you all soon! Until then stay safe!!
