Lately, I’ve been transitioning from vegan “meats” and making my own. So far I’ve down ground beef, chicken wings, ribs, etc and now chicken patties! 🥳 Enjoy this recipe below. ⬇️
1 small cauliflower head or bag of frozen cauliflower
1 can of chickpeas (drained)
3/4 cups of oats
1 tbsp onion, garlic powder, mustard,
1 tsp tumeric
& whatever seasoning of your choice.

Wet batter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 just egg (optional)
seasoning of your choice:)) *optional**

Dry
1 cup of flour
2 tbsp corn starch

Dry
Crushed cornflakes (bread crumbs will work, I used corn flakes and tortilla chips bc I ran out 🤣)
