Massage Theory and Practice makes up the largest portion of our curriculum, and for good reason.

Massage is the manual manipulation of soft tissue. That means learning how to thoughtfully and skillfully use the body, hands, arms, legs, and even feet, to create change in another person’s tissue. It is hands on, intentional, and grounded in understanding how the body responds to touch.

This is where students build the foundation of their craft, learning not just techniques, but how and why they work.
