Did a tea drop at the fire station today! A customer, who is a fireman there, let us know they were having appreciation dinner tonight! So we brought the caffeine to them!!

Just a little about me 🩵

I’m Katie Stroud—wife to my amazing husband, Douglas Stroud, mom to 4 incredible kids, and “Lolli” to one beautiful granddaughter.

I’m the proud owner of OnStroud9 Nutrition and also work full-time at Adams Eyecare. Life stays busy, but I truly love what I do!

I enjoy traveling, making memories, and spending as much time as I can with my family and friends—I love them with my whole heart.

Opening OnStroud9 Nutrition was about more than just a business for me. I wanted to create something meaningful, a place to connect with our community and serve with purpose.

We are coming up on ONE YEAR, and it has been nothing short of amazing. I’m beyond grateful for every single person who has supported us along the way.
