Sundays are all about preparing for our week of patients ✨

From post-op check-ins to in-person pre-ops (because nothing replaces a thorough physical exam), the goal is simple: set every patient up for a smooth, supported experience.

That preparation even includes grocery runs. 🛒

For our full facial rejuvenation patients who stay overnight in our fully accredited facility with an RN, we stock low-sodium, high-protein, easy-to-chew options to support healing those first few days.

We look for:
• Soft foods that are gentle to chew like sweet potatoes and oats
• Healthy fats like avocado and no-salt nut butters
• Low-sodium options to minimize swelling
• Probiotic smoothies to support gut health after antibiotics
• Non-citrusy, non-stimulating foods for patients who’ve had salivary gland work
