Here’s a realistic and reassuring timeline of what to expect when you work with us from preparation to your final glow-up.
✨ 2 Weeks Before Surgery:
✔️ Pre-op appointment
✔️ Stop medications and supplements as directed
✔️ Begin a low-salt, high-protein diet
✔️Start oral supplements if part of your protocol
✨ Day of Surgery:
✔️Arrive freshly showered, with clean hair in a high ponytail.
✔️Wear button-up pajamas for comfort and ease.

✨ Days 1 to 2:
Rest and recover with scheduled non-narcotic medications.
Compression dressing stays on for the first 24 hours.
Mild swelling and bruising are normal.
First post-op visit takes place the next morning.
Begin Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
