Steeped in Lore Panacea Natura for Mind, Body & Spirit Cultures across the ages have recognized the wellness benefits of tea; using it to nourish the body, mind & spirit.

It replenishes, relaxes, fortifies & is a delight for the senses. Tea not only hydrates the body but certain blends can help reduce inflammation, ease anxiety, build immunity & can protect against disease, among other benefits. A daily ritual of “afternoon tea” slows the pace of a hectic day & allows one to appreciate the simplicity of the moment. As a solitary act, “afternoon tea” is a precious reprieve for meditation & self reflection - to read, listen to music, write in a journal, to inhale & exhale. In a gathering, it’s time to bond with friends & family - to share, laugh, listen & support. Here we will share recipes, products, history, activities &links to help you create or enhance your own ritual of “afternoon tea.” We encourage you to make the moment your own but to also experiment & share.
