Our Instructor Spotlight is James! 🔦✨🤩🙌🏻
James has been a staple of Bloom since the day the studio opened, and there are truly few words that can capture the magic he brings to our studio and the love he pours into every class. Each student leaves feeling seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
In a world that can sometimes feel heavy with division and noise, James consistently chooses kindness. His words uplift. His presence steadies. His supportive hands-on assists (always offered with care) make students feel safe, supported, and strong. And as for his hugs, they are unforgettable and a blessing to start any day.
When asked about his favorite style of yoga to practice, James shared, “Any of our classes at Bloom — energetic flow, heated, or Kundalini. We have the best teachers, and I always leave feeling better and inspired.”
Outside the studio, James balances his time between family and friends, art and design, travel, music, tending to his roses, eating well, and, of course, moving and breathing. All of these passions are evident when you step into one of his classes — you can feel the richness of a life lived with intention.
We are endlessly grateful for the light James brings to Bloom. His classes are the ones I personally return to again and again, for grounding, for joy, for connection. He doesn’t just teach yoga; he embodies it. If you haven’t experienced a class with James yet, consider this your invitation. It is something truly special.
