I've experienced 2 hour sessions twice now. The first hour or even 90 minutes was to release my restrictions and the last hour or 30 minutes I'm drifting off to sleep...RELAXED (another word for snoring)! 🤭

What's up with this math? If 168 hours in a week means 56 hours for sleeping (who sleeps 8 hours per day), 60 hours for working (wait, we work more than we sleep), and then 52 hours are leftover, then are we throwing away time?
This isn't new math! If you can't find 3 to 4 hours to dedicate to your health, the problem isn't your schedule. It's your priorities.
