We bought a beautiful home on Jordan Street to be used as a Sober Living Home with 24 hour monitoring. Called the MPC zoning board, was told the house (and the house next to it) were both zoned for Group Homes. After I dropped $70,000 cash on the house, NOW I'm told BY THE MPC that a City Ordinance was passed last year disallowing group homes less than 1,000 feet of each other. Applying for a variance now!!!

We are now offering Batterer's Intervention Program (Domestic Violence) for men on Tuesday nights 6-8 and for "Angry Birds" female dv group on Tuesday in Bossier as well as Survivors of Domestic Violence. Call 584-7133 for more information on these programs.
