The staff has been nothing short of incredible talking me through every exercise and cheering me on, even through the hard times. I had ups and downs in physical therapy including a flare up of my knee pain. They jumped right in helping get me through it while figuring out what next steps were needed. You never feel overlooked there, everyone is always working towards getting you healed. I finished my last day after 6 or so months with no knee pain. SALT SUCCESS STORY TIME: ✨💙

“Hey there! Wanting to sing to you the praises of the amazing and fun staff here at SALT! These wonderful people are quite literally miracle workers. They’re equal parts brilliant at what they do and effervescent! Before coming to see them, I was in pain all the time. Walking, sitting, sleeping and found everyday tasks had me in such pain that I was depressed and having to take advil multiple times a day just to cope and function.
My time here has improved my back pain and outlook tremendously. I’m stronger, pain free and actually enjoying life again. Don’t get me wrong, physical therapy is grueling and I cussed them under my breath as they made me sweat, but their banter with me made it less miserable.
Hopefully I won’t need their services for a long time but if the need ever arises, I will most definitely be back to see them! In the meantime, they’ll be in my heart with fond memories and I may just take them up on their offer for wellness visits. Thank you so very much SALT team, you’re life savers!!

We’re excited to share some BIG news — our team just got stronger! 💪 Please join us in welcoming Dr. Eric Rippetoe PT, DPT as a new partner at SALT and bombshell!

With a passion for orthopedics, Dr. Rippetoe brings not only incredible expertise but also a heart for helping patients get back to doing what they love. 💙

He has been a licensed PT since 2013 from Shreveport, LA who loves all things LSU football. Married since 2008 to his wife Kristina, and they have three wonderful children: Piper, Riley, and Reid. Eric is certified in dry needling and is the premier custom-fabricator of knee and lumbar orthotics in Shreveport-Bossier.

We couldn’t be more thrilled for the future of our clinic and our community with Dr. Rippetoe as part of our leadership team. 🎉
