I am Heather Goodman-D’Anna, Licensed Professional Counselor. I view counseling as a collaboration between me and my client. As you begin to tell me what you are wanting to gain by attending therapy, I will formulate a plan to assist you to get there. I believe you have the power to make change and I just help you find where it’s been hiding. I have experience working with many people from different socioeconomic, racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds. I strive to be inclusive to all individuals and believe we all deserve unconditional empathy. I practice with the highest ethical standards in confidentiality and honesty. I have worked with those struggling with substance use, major depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and many other difficult life transitions.
