I have been gravitating back to the way I used to do things a lot lately. Wanting to take a step back and reclaim my time and self care a bit more. To enjoy the process like I used to when it was all new to me. And I am trying to figure out how to inject my business with that energy once again, now that I am fortunate enough to have a working small business based on all the things I started long ago in my tiny New York City kitchen.

Happy Saturday Friends! I know I have been super quiet on the socials lately...to be completely honest, I am super exhausted and still trying to catch up after a super busy Summer and Fall that included an epic road trip (with Sam) home to Connecticut for my nephew's beautiful wedding, The Shreveport Farmers Market, Being in 2 local musical productions (Emmett Hook's Fiddler on the Roof and Shreveport Opera's La Boheme), teaching at The Peace of Mind Center, taking care of Sam, and The Homesteaders Conference (Including being a Guest Speaker this Year!) ...all while working full time at the wonderful Cuban Liquor and singing in the choir at St. Mark's Cathedral.

The common thread in all this...is community, family and local! I am so proud to be part of so many wonderful local communities, businesses and family.
