These are some simple stretches and exercises anyone can do, the best part is there’s no gym needed— just consistency🔥
Strengthening your shoulders is a good way to prevent injuries, so get up, find a good PVC pipe and try this out!

Kimberly Duncan was an absolute trooper this morning and Liam made it even easier! We went in to be induced, but he had already decided he was ready to make an appearance! After about 9 pushes, Liam made his debut at 8:53 am, weighing in at 8lbs 5oz and 20in long! It’s going to be a funky schedule at the clinic, but I will be there all day Wednesday and half a day Friday! Avery is already wild about her baby brother and wants to help as much as possible, so while I’m at work, he will be in very capable hands!

Also huge shout out to the amazing staff up at WK Pierremont helping make Kim as comfortable as possible! Y’all were rockstars!

Lastly thankful Jesus and Grumpy looking over all of us today!

Today’s the day! May be a little rainy but that isn’t stopping Dr. Duncan and Jason Riffle from racing each other in the beer mile at Great Raft Brewing! If you want to check it out make sure to get there by 12! Thanks YMCA of Northwest Louisiana for the True Form treadmills so we won’t have to get too wet!
Should be a great time!

Do you have elbow pain?
Try isometric holds like these to help boost strength, endurance, & stability. Isometric holds help engage muscles without moving joints, which could cause pain, making them ideal for everyone from post op to athletes. Once you’ve strengthened those muscles, you can move on to eccentric movements using bands or weights to increase the intensity of these holds.

✅Start by holding each rep for 3–5 seconds
✅Perform 2–3 sets of 6-10 reps
✅Focus on controlled tension
