Shining a spotlight on Candace, our incredible buff bride-to-be turned amazing buff mom!

When she first walked in, she definitely wasn’t interested in strength training, but with a little encouragement and dedication, we turned her into a fitness buff! Now, she not only looks stunning but also feels empowered as a mom of two.

At our gym, we believe that lifting is key to changing your body composition and building strength. We’re so grateful to have Candace as both a client and a friend—there’s never a dull moment with her around!
