The Kidney 1 acupuncture point helps ground your energy to relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia, and support emotional well-being.

Home Sleep Remedy:
Just before bedtime, soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes while visualizing the soles of your feet rooting into the earth. Dry your feet and apply thumb pressure to Kidney 1 and massage in a circular motion for 1-3 minutes. Finish with a general foot massage and go to bed calm, grounded, and peaceful.
