I have been in the fitness/health industry for 16 years as a personal trainer, group fitness and Pilates instructor, fitness director, weight loss coach and continuing education course instructor at community colleges. After graduating University of Medicine and Dentistry, I have worked alongside various medical Dr's prescribing Medical Nutrition Therapy/Naturopathic remedies to help patients based on their current medical status and needs.
I have a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University and completed my Dietetic Internship at UMDNJ (University of Medicine and Dentistry). I have completed 1200 hrs of supervised practice in the areas of: Medical/ Surgical, ICU, Renal, Diabetes, Ambulatory Care, Rehabilitation, Food Service, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Sports nutrition, Private practice, Oral Health.
