We work for a company that manufactures large liquid oxygen vessels for the healthcare and aerospace industries. It turns out that oxygen takes liquid form around -298°F; pretty crazy, huh? Our business cards say "shipping coordinator" and "maintenance supervisor," but let's get one thing straight...we're home brewers. We constantly think beer, talk beer and brew beer. We couldn't help but notice

that some of our medical liquid oxygen components look like an upside-down conical, so we pitched our idea to the boss.
