Meet my 2 “BIGGEST LOSERS” Yareccy who is almost 19 and Lisa is 59. BOTH OF THEM LOST OVER 75 lbs EACH! Now there is a 40yr difference and that comes with different hurdles yet they both have come such a long way and I couldn’t be prouder! It was emotional seeing them meet for the first time today. 😊

Hey Jenn
As I reflect on turning 43 years old this week,  I am so grateful for you and I appreciate you helping me along my weight loss journey. You have taught me how to be mindful of what I eat with my food plan and exercise. You have provided guidance, support, and tough love, and I am so happy that I came across your instagram page. I thank you for holding me accountable week by week. I wanted to share my before picture when I decided enough was enough. I never want to go back. I always smiled but behind my smile I wasn’t happy. I felt defeated and I knew I had to change for me and my kids. I am so much happier, I feel full of energy, I am motivated to continue to lose weight to get healthier.   My daughter has been my cheerleader always cheering me on. You inspire me and I thank you for being a part of my journey.  “Each day is a new beginning, I know that the only way to live my life is to try to give it my best in all that the day brings and to trust that failure is just a steppingstone to greatness” 🥰
