IMA Urgent Care Centers offer an alternative to the hospital emergency room for minor emergencies, as well as acute and chronic illnesses. When you go to one of these centers, your basic information is available via our computer link (if you are an IMA patient). Laboratory services are available on-site. A facsimile copy of our doctor’s findings will be sent to your primary care physician automatically if your doctor is a member of Integrated Medicine Alliance. If your doctor is not part of Integrated Medicine Alliance he or she may call us for a copy of your record. Of course, if you are experiencing a major emergency you should call 911 for transport to your nearest emergency room. In particular, in case of a potential heart attack or stroke you must get to the emergency room without delay, as modern treatments for these problems may be able to limit or prevent permanent damage if aggressive care is received immediately. Time is of the essence!

Lauren Cotogno is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey. A Monmouth County native, she is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care within the field of primary care. Lauren strives to build lasting relationships with her patients through open communication, education, and preventive health. We're excited to announce the addition of psychiatric services to our practice. Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner Conor Mulholland is now available to diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions after completing his Psychiatric Mental Health Certification! Conor is now dual certified as a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric nurse practitioner and will be seeing both medical patients and patients requesting psychiatric services.

Conor's psychiatric services will focus on medication management and, when appropriate, offer psychotherapy-offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental wellness.

The goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and provide a safe, welcoming resource for those seeking support.

Conor is available for in-person appointments on Wednesdays from 7am-4pm and by Telemed on Thursdays from 7am-4pm.
