This weekend, our very own Kevin Rudd, Chief Growth Officer, took on one of the toughest endurance challenges in the world: the Leadville 100 🏔️ Known for its brutal terrain, steep climbs, and thin mountain air at over 10,000ft elevation, pushes athletes to their absolute limits… and Kevin crossed that finish line 💪👏

What makes it even more special? His incredible partner Emma joined him for the final 13 miles, running side by side to the end 🫶

We are beyond proud of this accomplishment, an inspiring reminder of grit, determination, and the power of teamwork. Congratulations, Kevin & Emma! 🏅🔥

1. How long have you been with Skin MD, and what is your current position?

I have been with Skin MD for almost 2 months, and I am a medical esthetician!

2. What is your favorite part about working at Skin MD?

My favorite part about working at Skin MD is the knowledge and professional relationships I have made so far. I am constantly being supported while becoming a better esthetician.

3. What is your favorite service Skin MD offers and why?

My favorite service Skin MD offers is the Diamond Glow facial. I have acne prone skin and it treats my acne by exfoliating my skin and extracting my blemishes all while infusing clarifying serum into my pores at the same time. My skin is left clean and glowing each time I receive one!!

4. Outside of work, what are your interests?

Outside of work I love going to the beach, spending time with my family and friends and going on hikes with my boyfriend and his dog.

5. What are some of your go-to spots in Dedham?

I love Il Massimo in Legacy Place for Italian food, and I always get breakfast and coffee from Big Bear Cafe in Dedham Square.

6. What is the one thing you like to do to feel beautiful and pamper yourself?

I am a religious mani/pedi girl! I love getting dip manicures and gel pedicures.

7. What is your best skincare/health/beauty tip?

Since I have acne prone skin, I have found that always washing my face before bed, changing my pillowcase regularly and using a good retinol does wonders.
