That’s a wrap for ACCJH 2025! Our 18th annual conference was a tremendous success. Each day continued to bring positive energy about the great work happening across the globe with the ability to network during breaks.

We are thankful for our plenary panel on Pharmacoequity in carceral settings to bring light on the disparities in medication options with individuals in the criminal legal system.

The 40 poster presentations were well attended by many conference participants.

We are thankful to all of our 400 attendees for making this such a successful event!!

The 18th annual ACCJH conference is off to a great start with over 400 attendees! We were honored to have Anthony Ray Hinton as the keynote speaker who spoke about his life story and exoneration after 30 years on death row in Alabama.

Breakout rooms were full of attendees eager to hear the latest research, programming and initiatives happening in the US and abroad.

Day one concluded with our scholarship reception honoring 54 exceptional scholars working within the criminal legal system, academia, and impacted individuals to advance the healthcare and policy for those who are impacted by our criminal legal system.
