Join us for some Laughter Yoga with Coqui at The Village on Saturday, May 31st at 11:00am!
Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques to teach the body how to laugh without relying on jokes or humor. Laughter can relax the whole body, lower stress, strengthen the immune system, and reduce pain.
All are welcome to join! Note that you do not have to wear yoga/exercise clothing and you do not have to bring any equipment for laugher yoga! Just you, your open mind, and of course your laughter!
