Spend the first day of Black History Month beginning, exploring, or strengthening your relationship with a powerful ancient tool/technology that has come out of Africa - The Djembe Drum! Djembe is one of the most common drums and even instruments from the African continent. As diasporic people, we invite you to join us to learn rhythms, connect with others and see what messages the Djembe drum has for you! All are welcome regardless of experience level and you can drop in and out as you’d like! Bring your own drum or use one of ours! We look forward to drumming with you!
