Dear Practice Members of Kitchell Chiropractic,
It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter announcing the closure of Kitchell Chiropractic effective April 13, 2023. The decision to close my practice was not made lightly or with ease. After much consideration, my family and I are excited to pursue an opportunity to relocate out of state and closer to family. My time spent serving as your chiropractor has been a great pleasure and will be cherished. Thank you for allowing myself and staff to be a part of your and your family’s life. We have sincerely enjoyed serving you!
