About Us

Integrated Medicine Alliance is a medical “group-without-walls”, comprised of seven primary care practices, three urgent care centers, a diagnostic center that provides multiple tests including ultrasound, bone density testing, cardiology testing facilities and more. We are proud to serve Monmouth County and believe that as a group we provide the highest quality primary care in the area. Integrated Medicine Alliance currently operates three urgent care centers. Located in Shrewsbury, Hazlet and Middletown, these centers function as traditional urgent care clinics and offer an alternative to the Hospital emergency room for minor emergencies, injuries and illnesses during our off hours. As one of New Jersey’s largest participating practices in the Patient Centered Medical Home initiative, Integrated Medicine Alliance is on the leading edge of revolutionizing health care with better patient outcomes and greater efficiency in mind. Our providers work closely with patients to monitor their health year round, provide preventative care services and seek to improve overall health and wellness.
