I don’t know about all of you, but I have a physical reaction to the full moon. I get very manic and anxious. I also have trouble sleeping and dream vividly if I do get to sleep. If I can’t sleep, I clean my house.

Do you feel this? Tonight’s full moon is incredibly powerful. I’d love feedback on how you process a full moon?
