Are you feeling stretched caring for a family member or friend?

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a class designed to provide you with skills to take care of yourself. The series of six classes, held once each week, offers tools and support to help you reduce stress, solve problems, and communicate confidently when faced with tough decisions.

The class will be held on February 4, 11, 25, March 4, 11, and 18 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Osceola Regional Health Center. Light snacks and water will be available.

This program is being offered at no cost to you, thanks to the Osceola County Extension Council. Register by January 30 with the link in the comments below.

Osceola Senior Living Assisted Living (Heartwood Heights) is celebrating 25 years of serving our community with care, commitment and compassion. The vision that began as the ability provide a complete continuum of care locally has indeed evolved. This year, Heartwood Heights and County View Manor combined into Osceola Senior Living ensuring high quality nursing facility services remain available to community members in Osceola County.
