There are basic principles that work. Everyone wants something "special" or "the secret". In order for a workout to "work" it takes the same basic principles that have stayed tried and true through the years.
1. Consistency. You don't miss workouts.
2. Push yourself. You must try to increase reps, weight, or both.
3. Do all things. Powerlift, bodybuilding, vary cardio, stretch.
4. Do compound movements at least 3×s/week. Push, Pull, leg.

These things work when done.

just said that he believes your born with most of your talent. Thats bu****it. He thinks that because he has the easiest job in the fu***ng world where they treat you like god because you got picked to play "dress-up and pretend" your whole life like EVERYONE does as kids. Funny acting is one of the only jobs where people talk about "just trying it" and next thing you know your a big star! Does anyone do that in sports? Computers? Just try it at 25 and become the greatest NASCAR driver that ever lived?? No because these things take years of repetition. Conversely you can make yourself better and even proficient at anything with repetition!! Don't let the bu****it talent word ever stop you from achieving whatever you want! But also know that in order to achieve whatever you want you must put in the work and get the most reps in possible!

So many people are quick to teach their kids to defend themselves or fight back l, which is needed, but do any teach to first dissipate the situation? Diffuse it? Get out of the situation so no one gets hurt and we send more positive vibes into the universe

When you watch and think about how muscles move you see why it doesn't make sense to not do full range of motion too often. There may be a place for partial reps sometimes, but 90 percent or more of your exercises should be full range. You can literally see how the muscles only get partially worked, and how you can have weak spots that hinder the whole exercise when you do partial reps. Full range allows you to hit every part of the muscle and you will not be able to go heavier than your "weakest link" which will make up for imbalances, and be safer overall because you won't be using weight you can't handle.

Touching the bar to make sure I get low!

Doing a full body workout 3 days per week right now. Im trying to go super heavy to "bulk" for the winter. It feels very tough but also very metobolically activating! Just got to try to eat enough to keep up.

Do you keep time between sets? I didn't always but I've gotten better results since I started keeping time. I also have a shorter workouts because without keeping time I've noticed I can bu****it and wait too long. But making rest time part of the protocol you also save joints/tendons/ligaments because you may not be able to go as heavy if you don't wait as long as you'd normally "want to". A lot of this is in your head however and even if it's not your strength will come up quick/er because you create more hgh, more testosterone, and have more efficient workouts!

I used to think you had to ALWAYS go to failure to get results. I don't think you should go to failure EVERY set anymore because I believe there can be benefits to not, but I believe you must SOME if not MOST of the time. That's the only way to know we are really pushing our muscles enough to get results!
