Rachel from day one of us working together in August 2022 until today at check ins. She is competing at Big Sky Championships in Missoula in just under two weeks. And I can’t wait for her to experience the show day feels! She has put in work. Followed the plan. And straight grinded every day to accomplish her goal. I can not wait to see her in person and dial in the small details before she hits the stage💪🏻💜😊

Proud is an understatement! Rachel is the epitome of hard work, consistency, and dedication. She never lets her goals get to far away from her. If she does she reels it back and picks right back up. She is always checking in with me. And we make adjustments when needed. She has gained so much strength that it seems crazy. And she has built muscle while doing it. I will tell you and Rachel will to that there is no fast track. It’s everyday having your goals on the forefront. And capitalizing everyday to make it a reality. She follows the plan. Is consistent with check ins. And trusts the process. We’re just getting started because we are chasing goals in 2023!
