Downspouts stolen off historic building!

Our caretaker at the cemetery has been working to get the cemetery cleaned up from the winter. Today he found that the downspouts off the historic chapel have been stolen. They were ripped right from the brackets.
Our board has been working hard to restore this historic building and to have this happen is discouraging and disheartening.
We are filing a police report today. If anyone has any information please contact the Sidney Police department at 607-561-2301

Prospect Hill Cemetery spring cleanup is scheduled for April 29th. If you want something saved please remove before then. The board will be removing items from the winter. Anything broken or unsightly will be removed. Thank you.

Stained glass expert needed: the cemetery is moving into phase 2 of chapel restoration and we need to get some prices to repair our stained glass windows and doors. Spring clean up will be held on April 16,2024. We want to remind lot owners and family members to please remove anything you don’t want removed off of the lots before the clean up date. This includes statues, flower pots, artificial flowers, etc.
