We are pleased to welcome Dr. Bauer to our community! She is now caring for patients in her Sidney office and at Wilson Health!

We’re excited to share that Dr. Natalie Bauer, Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon, is now seeing patients at our Sidney, Ohio location!

Dr. Bauer specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow — helping patients return to work, hobbies, sports, and everyday life with confidence.

❤️ What’s your favorite part about working in your field of work?
“The best part of working in the Cardiac Cath Lab is the sigh of relief from the patient when we tell them we successfully resolved their heart attack and they’re going to be okay.

💡 What inspired you to pursue this career path?
“ I love the high-intensity nature the Cardiac Cath Lab offers and the instant feeling of gratification you and your team share when you’ve successfully worked together to save someone’s life.”

💙 What do you hope every patient feels when you’re in the room with them?
“I hope my patient feels a sense of confidence and trust when they are under the care of myself and my team members.”

⏳ When you look back on your career one day, what do you hope you’ll be remembered for?
" I want to be remembered for my tenacity and dedication to our patients and my team.”

⭐ Meet Jay McPherson, RN - BSN, Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse. Jay has been a part of our Cath Lab team for a year and a half but has over 25 years of experience and service as a nurse.

❤️ What’s your favorite part about working in your field of work?
“Seeing patients feel better and improving their outcomes.”

💡What inspired you to pursue this career path?
“ I wanted to help people more directly. Having the ability to teach, help and improve my fellow neighbors lives.”

💙 What do you hope every patient feels when you’re in the room with them?
“I hope they feel at ease and know they are being taken care of like they are part of my family.”

⏳ When you look back on your career one day, what do you hope you’ll be remembered for?
" I hope to be remembered for the passion and care I took care of the people that I work with and the people around me.”
