Are you still unsure of what salt therapy is?

Halo therapy is a dry salt therapy that that utilizes a halogenerator to grind and crush the salt to disperse into the booth for you to breathe it in to help aid respiratory and skin concerns.

10 minute sessions are all it takes to reep the benefits of the salt.

How many sessions should you do?

Based on condition and symptoms the Salt Association recommends a series of treatments.

There are no harmful side effects from this type of therapy. A little cough and runny nose is expected as the salt works to remove mucus and toxins away from the lungs and airways.
