Like a strand of Christmas lights, the holidays and grief can easily tangle and be difficult to unravel.
We encourage those in need to consider attending this special Grief Share session on November 10th at the Sidney United Methodist Church.

Any who are journeying on the long path of grief are welcome to attend a two-hour GriefShare event specific to how to navigate the upcoming holiday seasons while grieving. Even as years pass, holidays might still be a difficult and painful time.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10 at 6:00PM at the Sidney United Methodist Church at 12 Liberty Street in Sidney, NY.

We know there’s a lot going on on such a beautiful day. However, if you get an opportunity, please try to check out the chapel lighting in the old section of Prospect Hill Cemetery at 6:00 tonight. They’ve done a tremendous job in their restoration efforts!
Cemeteries exist because every life is worth remembering.

Just a reminder that tomorrow’s 23rd Annual Alumni Memorial Service will be held at the funeral chapel beginning at 10:00am. Please note this event will not be at the Sidney Veterans Memorial Park due to the weather forecast.

We hope you can join us for this special service, which includes music from talented alumni volunteers and remembering our departed classmates from classes ending in 5 and 0.

C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel is honored to once again sponsor the Alumni Memorial Service. Please note that due to the forecast, the service has already been moved from the Sidney Veterans Memorial Park to the funeral chapel. We hope you can join us on Sunday morning at 10:00am at the funeral chapel, located at 21 Main Street.
