⚖ CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (Sidney, Ohio)
CASA advocates for the best interests of children in Shelby County who have experienced abuse or neglect—providing hope, advocacy, and a voice to the most vulnerable. Their work helps ensure the safety and well-being of local children.

🏥Compassionate Care of Shelby County
Compassionate Care is a nonprofit healthcare clinic supporting under-insured residents by offering free medical, dental, and mental health services. Gifts received during Match Day 2025 help offset the costs of nurse practitioners, dentists, and mental health therapists, ensuring continued access to compassionate, faith-based, high-quality care.

The Community Foundation’s Match Day is Moving
The Community Foundation of Shelby County’s Match Day is moving! Traditionally held in late fall, Match Day will now take place in March beginning in 2026.

Sooooooo excited!!!!!!

Our vision has always been to grow Compassionate Care into a truly holistic clinic — a place where patients feel like they are receiving comprehensive, whole-person care in one location.

We don’t just want to treat illness. We want to help people build a well-rounded, healthy life.

When someone walks through our doors, I want them to feel like they’ve entered a “one-stop” place for support — medical, dental, mental health, education, prevention, and long-term wellness.

I’m excited to share that I’ve recently joined an advanced training program that will help us move even closer to that vision. I’ll be learning more about hormones, inflammation, belly fat, gut health, thyroid function, and the root causes behind many chronic conditions.

This knowledge will strengthen our ability to support patients not just in surviving — but thriving.

We are building something bigger than a clinic. We are building health and hope.
